Thanks for this and I wonder can you help me. I have the latest SRS but in Raceroom Race Experience I am finding that the individual car profiles mostly are not visible in the software to tune. Only game appears, not vehicle. I got one to be visible by resetting the profiles but then it came up as None once again.
I am not on Prosimu but PT Actuators however I do not think that should affect it. Any ideas what may be wrong ? Or is it a problem in Raceroom ?
Hi Mark! The vehicle won't show up in Sim Racing Studio for it to be tuned until you load it up in the game with the game running. The game will send the telemetry info, specifically the name, to Sim Racing Studio so it knows the vehicle exists. Prior to this occurring, SRS has no idea how many or even the names of vehicles in the game. Once the vehicle is loaded, even if you haven't changed any settings, in SRS go to TUNING > Motion and you should see the car name in the upper right corner of SRS and then click SAVE. This will save the vehicle in SRS so you can access it in the Profile Manager for tuning later on. You can also change the settings and then click SAVE.
So again, you need to load the car first in the game for it to be seen by SRS. Clicking save will make it available for later and seen in the Profile Manager. Hope this helps! :)
