Intellibox Driver Troubleshoot Instructions:

Download and execute the driver installer from:

https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/s/x6lmailxislopds/CH341SER.EXE?dl=0

 

Once you open the CH341SER.exe, you will be prompted the following:

Do you want allow this app to make changes to your device?

Click on Yes

 

Next, the screen below will be presented, click on INSTALL

After the installation completes, the following message will be displayed.

​

You can double check if the device is now working in the device manager (exclamation mark should disappear):

If you still see the exclamation mark, 

you need to right click on your device with exclamation mark click on update driver

Select Search automatically for updated driver software

​

​

​

​

​

​

​

​

​

​

 

And complete the installation.

Exclamation mark should be gone by now.

 

After that you need to exit the SimRacingStudio App and open it again
