If you are getting this error, try the following:
1) Exit the app (right-click on the SRS Icon, in the taskbar and click on Exit)
2) Rename the folder "SimRacingStudio" under Documents to "SimRacingStudio_bk"
3) Download the latest version of the app from here
4) Install the latest version.
5) Reconfigure Hardware and settings as it has been fully erased
6) Zip the old folder that you just renamed and send to us for investigation
This problem was driving me crazy, but this simple fix worked perfectly, thanks guys.
Yo también tengo el mismo problema desde la última versión , borró el directorio que hay dentro de mis documentos y funciona solo una vez , pero cuando salgo y entro de nuevo se produce el mismo error
